Marriage Certificates

The County Clerk is the official record keeper of marriage licenses issued in Will County. Access to marriage licenses is unrestricted. The Application for Marriage License is restricted to only the bride and groom.

To order a certified copy of a marriage license by mail, please complete the Marriage Records Request form.

All requests must be accompanied by a legible/readable copy of your valid photo identification card. If not provided, unreadable or expired, the request will be returned unprocessed.
