Main Office Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:30 am until 4:30 pm

Saturday Hours: (Limited Services)
9:00 am until 12:00pm

Services provided on Saturday are limited to the following:

• Issue Will County Marriage Licenses (by appointment only)
  
• Issue certified copies of Will County Birth, Death or Marriage Certificates (Years 1938 to current)
  
• Apply for Assumed-Name Certificates
  
• Pick up Notary Public Commissions
  
• Register to Vote

Please note: Tax Redemption, Election or Genealogy Services are unavailable on Saturday.

Please check the Holiday/Weekend Schedule for closings or extended hours due to Early Voting. You can also view the Event Calendar for other election related information. 

Cash, certified check or money order payments can be made at the Main Office location. Personal checks are also accepted but there will be a $25.00 fee charged for any returned checks. You can also use your debit card or credit card. Additional fees will apply.

Branch Offices:

Limited services are available at each of the following locations.

• Issue Will County Marriage Licenses
• Order certified copies of Will County Birth, Death or Marriage Certificates (Required fees are paid at that time and documents will be mailed out from the Main Office)
