Decision on the objections filed to nominating petitions for the March 20, 2018 General Prima

The Will County Electoral Board reconvened December 20, 2018 at the Will County Courthouse.  The decisions were read in regards to the objections filed to the nominating petitions for the March 20, 2018 General Primary Election.

In regards to the objection filed by Patricia “Patty” Deiters to the nominating petition of Ann Podoba, who is running as a Republican candidate for New Lenox 5 Precinct Committeeman, the Will County Electoral Board ordered the Will County Clerk to accept the nomination papers of Ann Podoba and to print Ann Podoba’s name upon the March 20, 2018 General Primary ballot.

In regards to the objection filed by Frankie J. Pretzel to the nominating petition of David N. Smith, who is running as a Republican candidate for New Lenox 12 Precinct Committeeman, the Will County Electoral Board ordered the Will County Clerk to accept the nomination papers of David N. Smith and to print David N. Smith’s name upon the March 20, 2018 General Primary ballot.

In regards to the objection filed by Chris Kosel to the nominating petition of Scott A. Halper who is running as a Republican candidate for New Lenox 19 Precinct Committeeman, the Will County Electoral Board ordered the Will County Clerk to accept the nomination papers of Scott A. Halper and to print Scott A. Halper’s name upon the March 20, 2018 General Primary ballot.

In regards to the objection filed by Maureen Flanagan Broderick to the nominating petition of Mark Anthony Munizzo who is running as a Republican candidate for New Lenox 20 Precinct Committeeman, the Will County Electoral Board ordered the Will County Clerk to accept the nomination papers of Mark Anthony Munizzo and to print Mark Anthony Munizzo’s name upon the March 20, 2018 General Primary ballot.
