As Keeper of the Records for Will County Birth Certificates, County Clerk Nancy Schultz Voots would like to inform individuals who were born in Will County that certain records will be unavailable since we are in the process of digitally scanning these documents off site.

If you were born between June 1938 through December, 1949 or March 1950 through June 1957, please call our office prior to your visit (815) 740-4659.  This will enable us to retrieve the document you need and have it ready for when you arrive.  Please allow a 4-hour window for your pick up time.  Thank you for your understanding during this process.

Per Illinois State Statute, the County Clerk’s Office will be posting in the office, the list of voters who have participated in the Early Voting process (Vote by Mail ballots or Early Voting/Grace Period ballots) for the November 6, 2018 General Election.
