(February 6, 2018) – Nancy Schultz Voots, Will County Clerk wants to inform Will County voters that In-Person Early Voting and Vote by Mail ballots will not be available on February 8th due to the decision handed down by the Appellate Court, Ordering a Stay Pending Appeal, of the Cook County Circuit Court’ Order to remove the name of Scott Drury from the ballot for the Office of Attorney General, in Rottman v. ISBE, et al., No. 18-0234.
As soon as ballots are available, we will update our website. In the interim, any voters who arrive at the County Clerk’s Office will be given the option to apply for a Vote by Mail ballot.
